Refund & Returns
With online purchases, you have consumers right of withdrawal and are provided with a “cooling off” period, which, under the Consumer Rights Directive, lasts 14 calendar days starting from the day on which you receive the goods. Before the end of the 14 days, you can cancel the order for any reason, including because you have changed your mind, and you are entitled to a refund. Items being returned must be intact and in their original packaging. You must pay any shipping costs associated with this type of return.
If you have made a purchase online and the goods you have bought turn out to be defective, you have the same rights as if you had bought the goods in a shop. You should contact us in writing immediately – by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a refund or a replacement. You should provide evidence of any quality issues by taking a photo of the damage and sending it to us for review. In the case of a refund, we will reimburse you within 14 days of cancellation, including standard delivery costs. However, we may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been returned or until the you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back to us.
